Tilt Table Test

A tilt table test is most often indicated for people who are experience cardiac arrhythmias and who may be experiencing syncope or fainting. The tilt table is used to change a person’s position quickly to see how the heart responds to that change.

The tilt table test comes with very few risks, but during the test you may feel dizzy, nauseous or you may even faint. This will give your doctor a better idea of what, if any underlying conditions may be causing the problem
